Course Description
PALS has never been more
understandable or more effective!
With the new PALS arsenal at your
fingertips you will be able to
quickly identify serious pediatric
conditions and correctly
manage pediatric emergencies.
Focus areas
include: Pediatric quick assessment,
Respiratory coml;ications, common
cardiopulmonary emergencies,
Respiratory and cardiac arrest
management, defibrillation/cardioversion,
and team dynamics.
This course is
open to pediatricians, physicians,
physician assistants, nurses, nurse
practitioners, paramedics,
respiratory therapists, and other
healthcare providers who initiate
and direct advanced life support in
pediatric emergencies.

PALS Certification:
Tuition: $215.00
A Two-day course, for first time
students or students whose PALS
certification has expired. Includes
all updated algorithms.
Prerequisites: Current CPR
certification.
Course Times:
9:00am-2:00pm unless otherwise
stated.
Course Manuals:
PALS Manuals are required for the
course, and must be purchased
separately. A limited supply
will be available for purchase at
the door for $35.00. Manuals
may also be purchased though our
distributor,
Channing-Bete.
* Note: If
your CPR certification is nearly due, CPR recertification can be
obtained on day two of any ACLS
course offering for an additional
fee of $75.00 payable on location at
the time of the course. Be aware
that additional time may be required
to complete CPR recertification.
Cancellations may be refunded up
until two weeks prior to the course,
minus a $30.00 non-refundable
processing charge. Manuals are not
returnable. There is a $50.00
fee for returned checks.
